Welcome to the It Ain’t Over Ministries, a Christian Social Community Site, built, created, ran, operated, sponsored, and overseen by, It Ain’t Over Ministries. The It Ain’t Over Community is a platform designed to foster a Community of Christians for fellowship, discussion, and spiritual growth. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile app, and all associated services (collectively, the “Community”). By accessing or using any part of the Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By visiting and using the features of our online and mobile resources, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

INTERPRETATION

– “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the It Ain’t Over Community and its affiliates.

– “You” and “your” refer to each individual user accessing and using the Community.

– “Content” includes all information, tools, and services available from, on, and uploaded to the Community Site.

– “Account” refers to any account you create to access and use the Community Site.

ACCOUNTS AND PROFILES

– To use any features of the Community, you must create an Account. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

– You are responsible for safeguarding your Account Credentials (username and password) and must not allow others to use them. You must notify us immediately if you have reason to believe that your Account Credentials are being used without your permission or if any other breach of security related to your Account occurs.

USE OF THE SERVICE

– The Community is for personal, non-commercial use only. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using and interacting within the Community.

– You agree not to use the Community for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

COMMUNITY CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP

– We and our licensors retain ownership of all Content, including any materials, information, or services provided to the Community by us or you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable license to access, upload, and view the Content for your personal use only.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

– You are responsible for any content you submit or post in the Community (User-Generated Content). You agree that your User-Generated Content will not infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, and will not be defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

COMMUNITY USAGE RULES

– You must adhere to the following community rules:

– Do not harass, threaten, embarrass, or distress other users.

– Do not engage in name-calling or personal attacks.

– Do not post inflammatory remarks or engage in “trolling.”

– Refrain from making statements or providing links that promote doctrines or lifestyles contrary to mainstream Christian beliefs, as interpreted by It Ain’t Over Ministries in its sole discretion.

– Direct prayers to God the Father, God the Son, or God the Holy Spirit to foster unity and peace among diverse Christian doctrines.

SERVICE AND CONTENT USE RESTRICTIONS

– You are prohibited from using the Community or its Content:

– For any unlawful purpose.

– To violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

– To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others.

– To submit false or misleading information.

– To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

– To collect or track the personal information of others.

– To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the Community.

MODIFICATIONS OF THESE TERMS

– We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the Community, or to modify these Terms at any time and without advance notice. If we modify these Terms, we will pin a post of the modification(s) on the Community “News Feed” and we will provide you with notice of the modification via email. Your continued use of the Community after any such revision will signify your agreement to the revised Terms.

TERMINATION

– We may terminate this Agreement and suspend your access to the Community with or without cause, upon written notice to you. Upon termination, your access to and use of the Community will cease.

DISPUTE & CONFLICT RESOLUTION

– Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding, individual-only arbitration. By participating in the Community, you agree to resolve any disputes with us through this method, as detailed in the Dispute Resolution HERE.

NOTICES, QUESTIONS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

– We will not be liable for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account Credentials or for any other losses incurred due to your use of and participation in the Community.

INDEMNIFICATION

– You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold It Ain’t Over Community, and It Ain’t Over Ministries, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Community, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party right.

GOVERNING LAW

– These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By using and participating in the It Ain’t Over Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access, use, or participate in the Community.
